90% of the people say no to carnations in their arrangement because they have this mindset that carnations are old fashioned and boring. To be honest, I was one of them.
However, since I became a florist, I have worked a lot with the new varieties and colors of carnations. And let me tell you this, if you have a nice arrangement, carnations could actually be AWESOME! They are the type of flowers that could last you 10-14 days easily and they are inexpensive.
Look at this centerpiece, it is arranged in a spherical vase and is made with:
- burgundy carnations
- peach baby carnations
- eucalyptus
I am pretty sure you wouldn’t say this centerpiece look old fashioned or boring. Next time, let’s give a chance to these amazing carnations!
